Haven, founded in 2014, is a small domiciliary home care provider based in Neath Port Talbot, South Wales. We offer a comprehensive range of services including home care, companionship, meal support and preparation, 24-hour care, night sits, personal care, and medication support. Our specific goals for the website are to build brand awareness and professionalism. What sets our home care services apart is our focus on quality over quantity, aiming to be the best rather than the biggest. We emphasise having a structured approach while maintaining a personal touch and knowing all our workers and the people they support.

Our Managing Director Jamie, is a firm believer in a culture of happy staff equates to a happy work environment, which in turn transitionally means they will maintain the best practice and the best quality care.  Since our humble beginning, Jamie has always focussed his efforts and resources in supporting the team around him.  Haven was the first provider in our local area that paid time spent travelling between visits to our workers.  We have continued to lead at the forefront of our sector with Haven being the first home care provider in Wales to be recognised and accredited as a Living Hours and Living Wage Employer.  We believe in the ethos that a hard days work deserves a fair days pay!
